Professional supervision

I offer individual and group supervision for youth workers and professionals working with young people via Zoom. Group supervision may be offered via Zoom, however the complexities of group supervision is best supported through face to face sessions.

Supervision provides a supportive space to reflect on practice, navigate challenges, explore ethical dilemmas and strengthen professional confidence. It can also help practitioners recognise the broader systems and organisational factors that shape their work, moving beyond individual responsibility towards thoughtful, sustainable practice.

Sessions are collaborative, reflective and grounded in the realities of working with young people.

Fees:

Individual professional supervision, 60 minutes

$150

Individual supervision, 90 minutes

$210

Group supervision, 90 minutes, per person
